Plan the whole year at sign-up. You can choose a different plan for each month, to follow when the property is busy and when it is empty: we collect as often as the plan of that month, and you pay only that month's rate. Essential Plus is collected on Monday and Friday, or Tuesday and Saturday. Compounds are billed to the compound, at the rate per apartment. Hotels are billed on the confirmed room count. Restaurants, bars and hotels receive a written quote after we check volumes and access.

Every customer receives a personal code and PIN for the customer area: collections done, next collection, plan, contract and payments.
Four payments a year, in advance, by M-Pesa Paybill. Never cash to the crew.
An annual contract that renews automatically.
You can leave with 30 days' written notice.
